From Field to Freezer

Pulaski County Extension Center personnel will teach you how to do it in a “Field to Freezer” program set for 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, at the Pulaski County Courthouse Community Room, 301 Historic Route 66E in Waynesville.

An official scorer from the Missouri Department of Conservation will also teach you to score antlers using Pope & Young and Boone & Crockett methods.

It will only cost you $25, and you’ll go home with summer sausage to cook.
