gusts up to 45 mph. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures will
drop into the middle to lower 30s which will result in frost
formation.
* WHERE...Miller, Maries, Camden, Pulaski, Phelps and Laclede
Counties.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
For the Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 9 AM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result. Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left
uncovered.
