WHS JROTC cadets honor teachers

Mayor Breckinridge is the director of government and military partnerships for Norwich University Online. He retired from the U.S. Army with 33 years of service as the Command Sergeant Major for the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) and the U.S. Army Corrections Command. Earlier in his career he served in key leadership roles at Fort Leonard Wood, including as the Command Sergeant Major of the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence.

Col. (R) Charles Williams, senior Army instructor, also spoke to the cadets.

The JROTC Chain of Command includes Battalion Commander Kaden Crone, Executive Officer David Boyd, Command Sgt. Maj. Trevor Skyles and Battalion S-3 Luke Pollman.
