Pediatrician, Katie Cameron, has joined the Four Rivers primary care team! Over the past few years, our incredibly talented group of primary care providers have provided exceptional care to the community, and we are excited to expand access to a pediatrician for our patients.
As a pediatrician Dr. Cameron will provide general pediatrics care including newborn and adolescent care, breast feeding support, well-child visits, preventive care and immunizations, and management of acute and chronic pediatric illnesses. She has been providing pediatric care in our local community for the past eight years.
Dr. Cameron states, “I’m excited to join the team at Four Rivers, and it’s a privilege to continue to provide services in this community. I am excited that patients will be able to receive pediatric care here, but also that at Four Rivers, we will be able to provide access to healthcare for the entire family.”
Dr. Cameron completed her degree at University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO and completed her residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Cameron is not just committed to her patients but her local community as well. She has been an active member of her church and school communities and has also volunteered coaching local youth sports teams.
