Waynesville City Council will meet for regular session at 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, at City Hall, 100 Tremont Center in Waynesville.
The council agenda shows members voting to go into closed session shortly after opening and voting on the consent agenda to discuss topics of Legal, real estate and specifications for competitive bidding.
After going back into open session, a public hearing will be held on the expansion of the Westgate Community Improvement District.
There will be time for citizen comments followed by council comments related to the public hearing.
The agenda shows the council will hear a proposed ordinance HB2025-29 – Approving Petition for Expansion of the Community Improvement District – Eric Black – Ichord Ave.
State Rep. Don Mayhew will present a legislative update.
Next on the agenda is the time for citizen comments.
Council members are then set to appoint Donald Coleman to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Mayor Sean Wilson will be recognized for his appointment as chairman of the Sustainable Ozarks Partnership.
Following the city administrator's report, the council will then hear the reading of bills.
Members will vote on proposed Resolution R06-25 – approving preliminary Plat at Pinnacle Park for Mark Rowden Homes.

HB2025-31 – Approving Mid-Year Budget Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2025

HB2025-33 – Authorizing Agreement with Oracle Corporation for Utility and Finance Records Management.
HB2025-34 – Approving the 2025 Ad Valorem Tax Rate vi.
HB2025-35 – Approving Conditional Use – 1803 Pearson Street & 1607 Historic Route 66 – Tagge, Linda
HB2025-36 - Approving Final Plat – Pinnacle Park – Mark Rowden Homes
