Graveside service with full military honors for SSG (Ret) Charles Wayne Moser will be held at 11 a.m. March 8, 2024, in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery of Waynesville. 

Mr. Moser, a United States Army retired Staff Sergeant, died February 28, 2024, in Osage Beach at the age of 70 years.
