The Waynesville High girls’ golf squad participated in a competitive field at the 20-school Bolivar Invitational, held Monday, Sept. 15 at Silo Ridge Golf Course.
Nixa’s Josey Roberts was meet medalist, firing a sizzling seven-under-par 65.
Springfield Glendale won the team title with 354 while Strafford was second with 363 and Bolivar third with 380. Waynesville finished 11th with 420.
For Waynesville, Ivy Smith shot 95 followed by Morgan Woods with 101, Brionna Ash 114, Elaine Wu 119 and Haylee Beels 110.

The Lady Tigers also competed in the Jefferson City Helias Invitational Sept. 10 at Meadow Lake Acres Golf Course.
In the 18-school event, Columbia Rock Bridge captured the team title with 240 while Ft. Zumwalt West was second with 347, Francis Howell third with 355, California fourth with 359 and Eldon fifth with 369.
Waynesville finished 14th with 450.
California’s Anna Boyd was medalist in a field of 91 players, shooting six-over-par 78 - one stroke better than Eldon’s Haven Evers, who shot 79.
Next week the Lady Tigers are to host the Waynesville Quad Tuesday, Sept. 23 at Piney Valley Golf Course.
