SOFTBALL: In Pulaski County battle Waynesville tops Richland

Last week the Lady Tigers lost to Neosho 7-0 at home and fell at Webb City 12-2. WHS opened the season by finishing 2-2 in the 31st annual Morrisville Tournament Aug 29-30. In the tourney the Lady Tigers lost to Bolivar 12-0, defeated Hartville 7-2, lost to Springfield Glendale 9-2 and beat Lebanon 12-5.

The Richland Lady Bears are 1-3 after Monday. Richland opened play in the Frisco League Tournament, beating Crocker 12-3, losing to Iberia 12-2 and falling to Stoutland 11-1.
