The Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting on October 10, 2025 to welcome Carnivores Meat Market and congratulate them on their membership within the Chamber. Representing Carnivores Meat Market and holding the scissors is the owner Eloy Garcia, also representing the business is Elena Garcia, Yvonne Jespersen, and Tony Estrada. Representing the Chamber are Board President Brett Reith and Ambassadors Ben Rudy, Janel Rowell, Russ Dixon, Luge Hardman, and Laura Schoephorster.
Carnivores Steakhouse has been proudly serving Pulaski County since 2020. Recently, Carnivores has ventured out to serve the community beyond their restaurant. On October 10, 2025 alongside the ribbon cutting, Carnivores Meat Market celebrated their Grand Opening at 240 Marshall Drive Suite 4, St. Robert, Missouri.

In order to stand by their mission of supporting local producers, nearly all of Carnivores Meat Market products are sourced within 150 miles of their storefront. They even made a conscious effort to be inclusive to everyone in the community. To do this, they went out of their way to source Alpha-Gal friendly options, which include emu, chicken, and turkey products along with specially curated spices free from mammal-derived ingredients—all backed with the guarantee of a separate processing area to ensure there are no risk of cross-contamination with Alpha-Gal allergens. The only exclusion to products being sourced within 150 miles is the lamb, fish and emu, only due to a lack of availability in the area.
Carnivores Meat Market is not strictly a meat market, it is truly a one-stop shop for those who love to cook and entertain. In addition to meat, they have a full in-house bakery that produces expertly crafted breads and desserts.
