The Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting on Oct. 10 to welcome Walker Rentals Powered by Professional Property Management and congratulate them on their membership. Representing Walker Rentals Powered by Professional Property Management and holding the scissors is the owner/broker LaGail Teel-Edgar, also representing the business is Kathy Neuman, Ashley Nichols and Tamara Mathiot. In August 2024, Walker Rentals Powered by Professional Property Management joined two strong property management companies together With more than 30 years’ experience they provide knowledge and passion in rentals. If any repairs are needed after a tenant moves out, the Walker Property Managers will coordinate the necessary repairs with a qualified professional to return the property to its pre-rental condition.
Walker Rentals strives to make life easier for both their clients and the tenants. In order to streamline the process of paying rent, they created the Walker Tenant Portal. This allows the tenants to pay their rent online. Because the rent paying process has been streamlined, it allows the Walker Property Management Team to deposit the rent money directly into the property owner’s account via ACH.
Walker Property Management provides monthly and annual statements to the property owners in a format that is easy to understand. All property owners also have access to an online Owner’s Portal, which enables them to have smooth and convenient access to their property information and allows them to communicate directly with the property managers.
