Survivors include wife, Shirley, of the home; two children, Robert Goforth (Christy Kidd), of Richland; and Susan Hank, of St. Peters; adoptive son, Nathan Hammock, of Waynesville; five grandchildren, Michael Goforth, Matthew Castellana and wife, Lauren, Jeffrey Hank, Jason Hank and Aubrey Goforth; two great-grandchildren, Eden and Ryan Castellana; brother, Wesley Goforth and wife, Kathy, of Hilton Head, SC; sister, Mary Rhonda Holman of New Bloomfield; two nieces, Wendy Miller and husband, David and Faith Baxter and husband, Mark; a nephew, Todd Holman; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. May 6 until service time at 2 p.m. in the church.

Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Warren Goforth, and may be left at the service or at Memorial Chapel.
